之水及1501號酵母
釀製而成,此酒除
了淡淡果香外,亦
帶點甘口味道,此
大吟釀是大湖之頂
級造酒。

The Daiginjo was
brewed by the rich
mineral water from
the infamous Ibuki
mountain. Due to the
usage of yeast 1501
and a year of below
zero degree storage,
the Daiginjyo has a
light fruity flavor.
This is the best sake
from Taiko.
Best served in cold.

黑壁採用豐富礦泉
水及山田錦為釀酒
麴米,在四十五日
零度以下低溫釀造
而成,芳醇的味道
與微甘圓潤的口感
,絕對適合女仕。
大吟釀是大湖之項

Kurokabe is brewed
with mineral water
and rice with sublime
quality from Yamada
Nishiki, it was frag-
mented in below zero
emperature for 45
days. Kurokabe is a
speecial choice for
ladies.

ginjyo

以靈峰伊吹山之水
及頂上山田錦釀造
之純米吟釀,經過
一年零下低溫儲酒
過程,令酒更渾厚
,米味更芳香,適
合於冷飲及與刺生
享用。

Brewed with water
from the scared Ibuki
mountain and top
quality Yamada
Nishiki rice. The sake
is stored for a year in
below zero tempera-
ture until mature thus
having a distinct rice.

This Tokubetsu
Junmai sake was
stored in a fixed
temperature for a
long period for matu-
rity. The "Jyuku

mature as it has a
characteristic smooth
